Counselling and therapy

Sisters are involved in counselling and therapy in various centres throughout the congregation. They offer people on low incomes low-cost or no-cost counselling in the areas of addiction, bereavement, loss, abuse, homelessness, separation and marriage.

This can include psychotherapy and art therapy. Clients include prisoners, ex-prisoners and people who grew up in the care homes of the Sisters of Charity in the past.
